Are you on the lookout for a Chipotle impressed corn salsa recipe? That is very near the corn salsa they’ve behind the sneeze barrier.

Not too long ago I posted Chipotle black beans recipe and was requested if I may tackle their corn salsa.
Oh sure!

I occur to like the Chipotle corn salsa and order it each time I am going there to be added to my salad. Chipotle is without doubt one of the few locations that you may order extra salad in your salad.
The one factor I hate about Chipotle is the quantity of sodium discovered of their meals so I used to be cautious right here to maintain the salt low. I imagine you would do ¼ teaspoon of salt and it could be very tasty.

Since it’s corn season, I used contemporary corn. Slicing it off the cob may be very simple. You stand it up in your chopping board (or in a low bowl) and run the knife alongside the powerful inside middle. It makes a little bit of a multitude (any ideas on the market on how one can hold the kernels from going all over the place?) however the outcomes are much better than with frozen corn.
I simply need to shout out to Misen. They despatched me the knife within the picture and it’s great. Test them out in case you are on the lookout for a chef’s knife.
I exploit 1-2 jalapenos since you don’t know till you get house how spicy your jalapenos are. I take a small style – typically they blow my face off – different occasions I can eat the entire thing and not using a sting.
The salad marinates in lime and lemon juice and doesn’t want olive oil. This corn salsa is contemporary and lightweight and goes extremely properly with the BBQ staples (steak, sausages, scorching canines…)
My entire household loved this and demanded that I make it once more. I hope I can hold creating Chipotle dishes at house so I don’t should take them there. That place is expensive!
What do you do with contemporary corn? Please share.

The Misen knife was obtained for overview consideration. No different compensation was offered.
